Yanga Chief is truly living the life, and meeting the right people. The rapper has seen so much success and we are so proud of him. Last year, he won a SAMA for his acclaimed project “Becoming A Popstar” BAPS.
In the song “Utatakho” which is featured on the EP, he mentions the King of Mthatha, King Dalindyebo. In return, the king also acknowledged him for the mention. An excited Yanga reacted to the king’s acknowledgement stating that it was obvious that he is an intelligent man. He also stated his pride in being African.
The “BBAF” star recently took to Instagram to share photos from his visit to see King Dalindyebo in Mthatha. They are both seen smiling in the post, proving that he had a good visit. This proves that SA Hip Hop is making good impact in the country.
