Yanga Sobetwa delivers a new church-inspired acapella rendition of a Gospel song.
Oh, the voice. The power, and the presence. Mzansi singer, Yanga Sobetwa has one of the biggest voices in the SA music industry. It carries so much power and presence, and we love it everytime she delivers her rendition of songs.
After many weeks of dropping covers of some of the biggest mainstreaming hits including Beyoncé’s “Heaven” and more, she goes to church on the new one. Well, she doesn’t actually go to church. Her newest cover is an Acapella rendition of a Gospel song.
Sharing the video to her Instagram page, she revealed she “had to be a church girl” for a minute to encourage people about the coming of Christ. According to her, “when He comes, we’ll be like him. There’ll be no sorrow, pain, pandemic or shame“. You might want to have a box of tissues near as you listen.
