Young Thug Shares ‘Slime Language 2’ Release Date

Young Thug announces the release date for his highly anticipated project “Slime Language 2”, the followup to the 2018 original.

Hip Hop star, Young Thug isn’t playing around this year. He is set to bless the airwaves with some new music. Well, that’s happening sometime next month. Literally every Thugger fan has been waiting on the release of the followup to his successful “Slime Language” mixtape which was released back in 2018.

The 2018 project features contributions from various Young Stoner Life Records artists including Gunna, Duke, HiDoraah, Dolly, and Tracy T. It also featured appearances from Lil Uzi Vert, Lil Baby, Jacquees, and many more. Back in April, Thugger tweeted that the followup would be released on his birthday, August 16, but the tweet was later deleted and that didn’t happen.

According to his recent Instagram story shared on Sunday, October 18, “Slime Language 2” will be released in November. The video captioned “Blakk Friday” sees the “Havana” star in the studio discussing with producer, Wheezy about the release date. He reveals it will drop on Black Friday.

There’s a bit of confusion about what day is Black Friday, and they reveal it is the day after Thanksgiving. That’s on November 27th. You might want to prepare for that.
