Zahara Addresses Controversy Surrounding Her Unreleased Amapiano Song
South African singer Zahara has cleared the air on her unreleased amapiano song which ignited controversy recently.
Earlier this month, the songstress had released an amapiano freestyle. In the clip she shared, she could be seen dropping vocals to an amapiano song. The video went viral near instantly.
Some social media users who watched the clip thought she did great in it. Others could only laugh at her performance and wonder out loud if she was suffering from writer’s block or something.

well, for those who had criticized her performance in the video, the songstress could only shake her head and laugh and wonder why they took the dree too seriously.
In a tweet yesterday December 8, she had noted that it wasn’t an actual song and her audience ought to know that. She concluded with two laughing emojis to drum home her point. You can check out her tweet below.

it hasn’t been a perfect 2021 for Zahara but she, fortunately, is still standing. She had been signed to Warner Music but had a falling out with DJ Sbu over unpaid royalties. She’d also had a long battle with the taxman and a warrant of arrest was issued for her at some point.
