Zahara Announces Return to Instagram

After a brief disappearance from the gram, South African singer Zahara is back and glad to be. And her Instagram fans are happy to welcome her back on the medium.

The songstress announced her return herself in a post to the platform yesterday. According to her, she’s excited to be back. From the caption to her post, it was clear her recent signing to Warner Music heavily influenced her return.

The signing to the global brand also led to a little controversy. Some social media denizens had claimed that the songstress fired her manager and cousin Oyama Dyosiba following her move to Warner Music.

Zahara herself would not comment of the alleged firing of Oyama, who reports also claimed she asked to leave her apartment.

By the way, Zahara recently released an album titled “Nqaba Yam.” And for those who think she’s undervalued in the music industry, the songstress is clear that records don’t lie. She’s had several platinum-selling records, and they are, to her, testaments of her contributions to South African music and her value, too.
