The two legends of hip hop had come together last year to create a single hit tagged “”Roots”, which was regarded by their fans to be a classic record, they both did well on the rap. The issue between both rappers have at the moment is that their single didn’t qualify for verse of the year at the 2019 awards which was hosted by Stogie T under Silkouronlife in patnership with the Henessy brand.
Zakwe made it known in a tweet that he would have loved for their single “Roots” to be nominated for his own verse of for Stogie T’s, not showing how disappointed he was at the anomalies that occurred mainly due to the hosting right that Stogie T had. Stogie later replied that he warned Zakwe before getting on the song.
