Zandie Khumalo may be on the lips of everyone following the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial, but it isn’t stopping her from living her best life. The popular singer and sister to Kelly Khumalo is expected to take the stand as a witness soon.
She was expected to do so on May 15, but she requested a complete media blackout to avoid being scrutinized and ridiculed by the media. Unfortunately, the judge let it slip and stated that she would only be recorded via audio and not visuals.
Judge Maumela said, “I would have to consider what has been presented and that task may not be concluded today.” Before the ruling, Zandie Khumalo shared a video of herself and her friends partying up a storm and singing Big Nuz’s “Ngeke.” She captioned it, “Never ever in your life get into a fight you’re not sure you can win.”
