Zingah Ignites Debate On Who Was A Better Rapper On A Fire Beat Between AKA & Pro Kid

AKA (Kiernan Jarryd Forbes) and ProKid (Linda Mkhize) were two notable SOUTH Africa s rappers until death snatched them away from the fans. But their legacies are pretty much alive, as exemplified by the reactions of their fans in a debate sparked by another notable South African musician, Zingah.

He shared a clip in which he was discussing with the panel of his podcast on who, between AKA and ProKid, was a better rapper on a fire beat. He implied he wasn’t convinced that ProKid was better than AKA in that regard.

His thoughts provoked debate from his fans on Twitter, with some describing AKA as the better of the two and others pointing to ProKid as their man. To each his fave, obviously, but it brings to mind, once again, the reality that South Africa throbs with sterling voices. You can check out the post below.

Until his death, ProKid was one of the notable voices in South African rap. He is older than AKA and also shot to fame before him. His sudden death following a seizure in 2018 shocked the industry.

Unfortunately, AKA himself would pass away five years later, assassinated with a point-blank shot to the head.
