At least, this much became obvious from some of the comments on the post he shared about the birthday he threw for notable Kwaito musician Zola &, who turned 46 on April 24. While some applauded him for celebrating one of Kwaito’s notable voices, some questioned his action, wondering if there was no better use for public funds.

In related news, the minister has applauded two other notable cultural figures, the reality show judge Somizi and actress Rami Chuene, for hosting the Mama Afrika Festival, which he says uses the arts to unite Africa and its talents, he also highlighted some of the creations of that occasion.
