Controversial Mzansi performer, Zodwa Wabantu has been issued with a warrant of arrest in Maun, Botswana.
You may have come across the free Zodwa movement on social media. According to reports, a warrant for her arrest has been issued in Botswana as a result of a planned performance in the country.
Zodwa is well known for her controversial Live performances. Wabantu has recently trended on Twitter after she took her panties off on stage during a recent performance. The move rubbed many the wrong way and they took to social media to criticize it, while some hailed her for fearlessness.
Now, the promoters Take It Easy Music Festival In Maun have released a statement informing the general public that Zodwa has a warrant out for her arrest. According to them, she was slapped with violating the Laws of Botswana & Humanity Ethics on her last gigs in the country. Check out the full announcement below.
