Controversy is rarely far away from local dancer Zodwa Wabantu. She found herself in the middle of another controversy over her support for the AMC party ahead of the elections this year.

Expectedly, expectations are high and people are already showing support for political parties that they believe would bring dividends of democracy to them and the country as a whole
The ruling African National Congress (ANC) is facing staunch opposition from other political parties that are working hard to wrestle the presidency from the party.
It so happens that Zodwa Wabantu is among those who have been vocal about the party they are supporting this election cycle.
In a post on her official Instagram page, she shared a clip in which she endorsed the African Movement Congress (AMC) and urged South Africans to rally behind the party this election cycle.
It turned out that her compatriots were unimpressed with her post and some of them even claimed that she must have been paid and her post was nothing more than a paid partnership with the party.
