Well, contrary to the news flying out there, celebrated kwaito veteran Zola 7 is apparently hale and hearty – not ill. A picture of the music maestro has been circulating online, with some social media users claiming he’s seriously ill and imploring people to assist him in whatever way they can.

Well, Zola himself has come out with an entirely different story. He said he is fine.

By the way, Zola 7 had stated in the past that he suffered from epilepsy, an illness that he also stated had robbed him of his place in the limelight. The said illness had made him lose control of his vehicle at some point and led to an accident.

According to the champ, at the time he joined Family Tree rapper Cassper Nyovest in the studio last year, he was seriously ill and on drugs. But he managed to have a successful studio session anyway.
