Former Miss Universe Zozi Tunzi pays tribute to her late friend, and former Miss USA, Cheslie Kryst, following her untimely passing.
Former Miss Universe Zozibini Tunzi has paid tribute to the late Cheslie Kryst in a heartbreaking Instagram post. The two had shared a luxurious apartment back in 2020. They also had remained good friends until Kryst’s untimely passing.
Kryst won the Miss USA pageant in 2019. Following her win, she worked as a correspondent for the American Entertainment show, Extra, for which she was nominated for two Daytime Emmys. The show saw her interview several big industry names, including Rihanna, Lady Gaga, and more.
Kryst reportedly died in an apparent suicide on Sunday. The New York Post reports that she jumped from a 60-story Orion building. Before her death, she had shared a photo of herself with a cryptic message, “May this day bring you rest and peace”. Check out Zozi’s heartfelt tribute to her.
