South African disc jockey and producer Caiiro shares a new song titled “Vuselela,” featuring compatriot Mpumi. The song is taken from the lead singer’s “Agora” album.
That body of work spots 31 splendid tracks and has some fine voices in Mzansi music as guests. “Vuselela” is one charming number from the compilation that actually grows on you. It is a song worth the time of any lover of afro-house music.
Caiiro had taken his time with his “Agora” compilation and we cannot but smile at the result. Of the tracks in the compilation, “Vuselela” is among the instant favourites. The song does something to your spirit that is just hard to explain.
Really, to listen to this song is to be motivated to listen to it again. By the way, the guest artiste Mpumi is pretty high in demand as a feature. She is especially noted for her many collaborations with Heavy K, the Drum Boss.
Here, as usual, she brings the best of herself to her verse for a musical experience you are going to want repeated.
