Dr MaVibes croons “Osama,” a song for which he tapped the vocal resources of his fellow South Africans Blaq Diamond and Malome Vector. This combination is pretty potent, and it is doubtful many would say no to it.
What comes to mind from the title of the song before one has even gotten the chance to listen to it is a song of the same title released earlier by Zakes Bantwini and a pal of his. It was a big hit on radio and continues to resonate long after.
But is the current Osama the same as the one before it? We wouldn’t say yes, but the current number is worth its playtime, and we have no qualms asking you to check it out.
By the time you’re done listening to it, you shouldn’t be surprised to see yourself tapping the play button again. It is that interesting. Let the music begin.
