Not long ago, Mzansi muso Thebelebe treated fans to a song titled “Jebson.” Not done with that splendid offering, the songster has released a “whistle version” of it, featuring Renei Solana.
Of course, in electing to release another version of his song, he hasn’t started something novel. Now and then, artistes release different versions of their songs. The muso has just followed a similar path, brilliantly.
“Jebson (Whistle Version)” by Thebelebe and Renei Solana is a fine song, all right, but we confess we are bigger fans of the original track. That one spoke to our spirits more than the current number. But that’s by the way.
Following his “Jebson” success, Thebelebe had linked up with Pencil for an original mix titled “Sabo User.” The song in review is the immediate follow-up.
Renei Solana has only just popped on our orbit. But the muso did a fine job with Thelebele and we’re hoping she links up with him again for more numbers. Really, as they say down here, nah who no like better thing?
