South African disc jockey and producer Chronical Deep returns to UbeToo with a new compilation titled “Claps Back” EP, which you can stream here and now.
Chronical Deep is a man of many parts who has also delved into different parts of South Africa’s music universe, from afro tech to deep house. You may think of him as one of those musicians who can be called on anytime to deliver something charming – and he’ll do just that.
His latest project is pretty lean, encapsulating just two tracks: “Dreamers Dream (Chronical Deep Claps Back)” and “Your Time (Chronical Deep Claps Back).” But as you will find out in a bit, he was a maestro in both and created memorable experiences.
Although we wouldn’t count the EP as the finest release so far this week, we’re still into it enough to replay the body of work. You’re welcome to do the same.
