Released by Chymamusique Records, “Live On Hitrefresh” is a splendid compilation of 16 tracks, incorporating works by not only Chymamusique but other Mzansi musos, including Buddynice and Deejay Cup.
“Live On Hitrefresh” is Chymamusique’s second release this year, the immediate follow-up to his “January 2021 Mixtape.” From the look of things, the songster cannot resist the lure of mixes.
And one cannot fault him, for he does a fine job of the mixes, leaving the listener no choice but to embrace what he offers. “Live On Hitrefresh” is a fine afro-house compilation that will thrill not only lovers of the genre but lovers of good music generally.
