Gaba Cannal – Agape EP
Amapiano DJ and producer Gaba Cannal returns with a new project titled “Agape” EP, which you can stream here on UbeToo, your go-to place for all things South African music and entertainment.
Gaba Cannal is one of the key voices in South Africa’s amapiano universe. And with each project, he makes it clear he’s a maestro who’s earned his stripes. His latest drop is yet another example of an artist confident in his gift.
In a post to Instagram, the songster had shared the cover art of the project. Fans didn’t have to wait long to have their hands on this sumptuous amapiano stew – unlike before when the songster had to defer a project after announcing it.
Unlike most of the songster’s projects, “Agape” EP is a lean volume of just five tracks, beginning with “The One,” and ending with “Xhosa Whistle.” In between are tracks like “Dali Yim’ Lo,” “Indaba Zabantu,” and “Healer Ntliziyo Yam.”
For the project, the songster worked with the likes of Afrotraction, George Lesley, Russel Zuma, and others. “Agape” is an interesting body of work, and we think it will not lack for fans out there. Gaba Cannal easily melds love with other themes that just about any music fan would love.
