A tribute song to Black Coffee is nothing surprising. In fact, we think it well deserved, as Black Coffee is one of the most visible South African musicians internationally. In fact, because of his international visibility, he is fondly called God’s own by Oskido and other respectable associates.
By the way, Gaba Cannal is himself a fine figure in South African music, and respected, too. He also happens to be one of the most prolific in the game. The songs come to him easily, and his fans are the better for it. It’s like there’s something fresh to savour every other week.
