Hip-hop ace Big Zulu has caught the amapiano fever, and he’s not afraid to admit this. But are y’all ready to listen to his first amapiano song?
In a recent post to Instagram, the songster had shared what was apparently a snippet of his piano track. In the caption to the post, he mentioned the de facto King of the genre, Kabza de Small. You can check out the clip below.
Amapiano is the rave in South Africa right now. The genre has been stealing artists from other genres, and it is clear this will be the case for some time. Big Zulu is the latest to join the amapiano boat.
Artists from other genres who are currently exploring amapiano include Cassper Nyovest and Khuli Chana. Gqom Queen Babes Wodumo has indicated interest in the genre as well.
By the way, Big Zulu was one of the artists who owned 2020, thanks to the success of his “Imali Eningi” song featuring Riky Rick and Intab Yase Dubai.
