Favouriting a song is easy when you’re seriously into it. Well, we’re here saying Sjava’s “Umcebo” track is an easy favourite in the songster’s recent 4-track compilation, “Umsebenzi” EP.
That body of work featured no guests. Sjava spat his bars solo and did so beautifully. The result is a compilation that will charm any music lovers out there, whatever their genre affinities.
Although we’re reluctant to name “Umcebo” among Sjava’s finest works, we admit right away that the song will not struggle for lovers. With a message that should speak to the soul of just about anyone, “Umcebo” is one track that’s bound to buzz, and for a long time too.
In “Umcebo,” Sjava spat his bars with the assurance one can only expect from a champ. Listening to the song is intensely pleasurable, and we have no qualms asking y’all to check it out. You don’t wanna mix this experience, which is at once exciting and memorable. Embrace it, then.
