It has often been said that out there is someone that looks exactly like one. And indeed, this claim has been proven true and true again and again. But South Africans were clearly not prepared for the shock they felt when pictures of the lookalike of Longwe Twala popped on social media.
Longwe, the son of music executive Chicco Twala, is one of the suspects in the murder of former Bafana Bafana goalie Senzo Meyiwa. As a result, some people nurse anger towards him, and some even believe that his destructive drug habit was the result of his involvement in Senzo’s murder.

Senzo Meyiwa was murdered in 2014 in the house of his then-girlfriend Kelly Khumalo in what was initially claimed to be a robbery gone wrong. Longwe is seen as one of the suspects, with some sources claiming that his influential father was shielding him from the law. Allegedly, Longwe’s gun was used in the killing.
