AKA and Tibz Murder Suspects Return to Court In Durban

Murder suspects in AKA and Tibz’s case returned to court in Durban amid calls for justice from Mzansi.

Mzansi cannot wait to see the suspects involved in SA Hip Hop star AKA and chef Tibz’s murder sentenced to jail. According to reports, five of the suspects in the murder case appeared in the Durban Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday, 6 March 2024.

The suspects include Lindokuhle Mkhwanazi, Lindelani Ndimade, Siyanda Myeza, Mziwethemba Gwabeni, and Lindokuhle Ndimande, and they are facing several charges that include two counts of murder for Forbes and Motsoane’s deaths, five counts of attempted murder and unlawful possession of firearms and ammunition. This is according to a report by The South African.

The case was postponed to March 14, 2024, for bail verification. The accused are expected to apply for bail at a later date. This is based on a report by eNCA. On February 10, AKA and Tibz were gunned down while leaving Wish Restaurant on Florida Road in Durban after attending a birthday dinner.

News of the rapper’s murder alongside his best friend’s upset fans, and they called for justice to be served. The country was elated when the police announced that they had apprehended the suspects involved in the murder. Mzansi continues to push for justice to be served.
