The late SA Hip Hop star, AKA has bagged his fifth BET Awards nomination.

AKA died an icon. Even in death, the famous emcee has dominated every space with his music. His album “Mass Country” was released after he died, and the fans were grateful he left something for them.

The star has hit a new milestone even in death. He has bagged his fifth BET Awards nomination. The Supa Mega was nominated for Best International Flow at the 2023 BET Hip Hop Awards. His previous nominations at the BET Hip Hop Awards were in 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2019. We are hoping he brings this one home post-humously.

AKA is up against very stiff competition. That includes his pal, K.O, whose joint “SETE” blew up months ago. Also nominated for the award are Black Sherif (Ghana), Central Cee (UK), Gazo (France), J Hus (UK), Major Rd (Brazil), Ninho (France), Sampa The Great (Zambia), and Tasha & Tracie (Brazil).
