AKA has called K.O’s acclaimed “Skhanda Republic” album the best hip-hop album of all time.
Everyone loves how opinionated SA hip-hop star, AKA is and how much he projects his confidence. He might always tell the world he’s the best but it doesn’t mean he wouldn’t give respect to whoever deserves it.
The award-winning rapper has collaborated with K.O a couple of times in the past. Their most memorable being “Run Jozi” on which he believes K.O outdid him.
He said,
He totally rinsed me, man, Yeaah… you win some and lose some. I had already wrote them (verses), l couldn’t rewrite.
He further called his “Skhanda Republic” album the best hip-hop album of all time.
For me, he’s on the Mount Rushmore of South African Hip Hop. He’s a hero… I feel blessed to have worked with him and I’ve worked with the best of the best.
In my opinion, Skhanda Republic is the best South African Hip Hop album of all time. I think Skhanda Republic is the best SA album ever made
