Alleged Spotter Offers Alibi In AKA & Tibz Murder Trial

The last may not have been heard in the murder of South African rapper Kiernan “AKA” Forbes and his former manager Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane, and Mzansi is certainly not tired of following the case.

A spotter implicated in the hit, Lindokuhle Ndimande, spoke during the bail hearing, denying he was the spotter in the hit.

He claimed that he was there on a date but the lady he was supposed to meet didn’t show up. He was stood by a date, it was said in the Durban Magistrate’s Court, where the bail applications for five of the seven accused were heard.

Ndimande also alleged that he called the said lady several times but she still did not show up for the date. On the bank account he recently opened, he claimed that the reason he opened it was because he was having issues with the other.

With his alibi heard, it is left to the court to determine what is next in the case. A clip of the court hearing is available at the end of this post.

AKA’s killing last year came on the heels of another death – the killing of DJ Sumbody. Well, the court will determine who is guilty and who isn’t.
