Amapiano To The World: Major League DJz Are Pulling Big Crowds In London (Watch)

South African boy band Major League are taking the amapiano message to the ends of the earth after ditching hip-hop for the yanos. The twin-brother band recently made a stopover in London, where they pulled a huge crowd, invariably making it clear that the amapiano message is catching on.

The group has been to other countries prior, notably Nigeria, where they pulled a huge crown as well. So their London success is nothing surprising.

Those who haven’t been following the group’s amapiano adventure might not know that didn’t have it easy at first. In the beginning, many had mocked the brothers and dismissed their amapiano offerings as imitations of the works of Kabza De Small.

But the brothers Bandile and Banele had big dreams and didn’t quit their piano adventure they were criticized. Now their “Amapiano Balcony Mixes” are a staple in South Africa. And when they popped in the land of Her Majesty, crowds thronged their show.

On their piano success, Major League would only say this is the beginning.
