SA Hip Hop stars Sjava and Big Zulu’s new hit song “Umbayimbayi” has been certified Gold in SA.
As they say, numbers don’t lie. You know how successful a song is by the numbers it pulls in. The Mzansi music scene has recorded many successful releases this year, including Sjava’s “Isibuko” album.
The talented hitmaker replicated the magic he made on the album when he teamed up with Big Zulu for “Umbayimbayi.” The song became an instant success in the country. It has earned praise for both artists, and we hear they will support it on tour around the country—big things.
Taking to social media, Sjava revealed that the song had been certified Gold by the RiSA. He also shared a screenshot of the major feats it had achieved since it dropped. The song is number one on the BMAT chart, Popular Songs Daily, Top Songs – Music Daily, Shazam Top 200 Weekly, etc. Check it out below.
