Blac Chyna Loses Case Against The Kardashians

Waves of relief and excitement swept through the Kardashian-Jenner clan after a Los Angeles jury found none of the family members defamed Blac Chyna nor interfered in having her reality show “Rob and Chyna” cancelled by E! network.

Blac Chyna had instituted a case against the family, accusing them of defamation as well as stopping her reality show on the E! network. Earlier, in their defence, the family had noted that Blac Chyna had gotten a restraining order against Rob, so there was no way the two of them could continue filming their reality show.

While the jurors noted that the Kardashians were not justified in telling the producers of the show that Blac Chyna attacked Rob, they also noted it had no substantial impact on the fate of the show.

Executives for E! were also at the trial, where they noted that the show ended because Chyna’s relationship with Rob ended. The jury ruled in favour of the Kardashians and awarded no damages to Blac Chyna, who had no visible changes to her countenance after the verdict was delivered.

The Kardashian-Jenner clan attended the hearings but were absent for the verdict because they were at this year’s Met. Gala.
