Bonang Matheba’s Partnership With Nivea Leaes Mzansi Divided

Bonang’s attempt to market the Nivea brand leaves Mzansi unimpressed and asking questions. So how did it get to this?

Apparently, the House of BNG boss has just gotten an endorsement deal with the global cosmetics brand. However, her attempt to share the product with the public appeared to have flopped – in the eyes of many critics, anyway.

In a picture currently circulating online, the businesswoman could be seen applying a Nivea cream on her made-up face. Naturally, this did not sit well with many, who asked her if the product was supposed to be used on make-up.

Usually, according to her critics, her face should be without make-up so that people could see the supposed effects of the product on her skin – a semblance of perfection. They gave an example of Natasha Thahane, who had used the product on her natural skin and still looked good.

Alternatively, they said she should simply have posed beside the product, which would still have passed the message it was the product she was using. Of course, Bonang had her defenders as well. You can check out some of the comments below.

Well, from the look of things, Bonang has no words for her critics. Instead, she’s having the time of her life making bank – what matters most.
