Nompilo Dlamini, a Swazi woman, is currently over the moon as Family Tree rapper Cassper Nyovest has offered to help her raise awareness and raise funds so she could have a lung transplant.
The lady, who goes by the handle @NkhosiLa on Twitter had shared a screenshot of Cassper Nyovest’s message to her. In the message he had asked for details regarding the situation as well as how he could help her.
The lady was teary over the message, stating that Cass actually stayed up so he could help her. She has already opened a GoFundMe account to take care of the transplant. She’s yet to reach her goal of R2 million at the time Cassper Nyovest messaged her.

According to doctors, the Swazi lady is suffering from cystic fibrosis. She’s said to be at the end stage of the illness and urgently need transplant so she can breathe properly.
By the way, this isn’t the first time Cassper Nyovest has elected to help someone in need – or someone who’s reached out to him for help. The songster’s magnanimous spirit manifests now and again.
