Death is inevitable, true, but some deaths carry a lot of pain, with the memories of the same staying for a while. This was the case of South African musician DJ Mashata, at least.
A video is currently making the rounds online showing the DJ dancing to Michael Jackson’s “Heal The World” just before he was shot.
That performance was said to be his last gig and stands, also, as a key window through which many of his fans are remembering him today.
It seemed so tragic that one minute he was all bubbly and having the best time dancing to a song by one of the most famous music figures ever and another minute he was cold and dead.
It is the sort of morbid reality that people have now come to associate with life. For those he left behind, though, if nothing else, they would be consoled by the knowledge that he made quite an impact on the music scene before his tragic demise. You can check out the post below.

With his killing, Mashata joins the tragic list of South African musicians who who been killed and whose deaths remain a bit of a riddle to the public.
