Ours is a world of choices, and peeps make their choices now and then. Sometimes their choices are influenced by their relationships with others and the need not to cause offence.
Well, this was exactly the case with the twin brothers Bandile and Banele who make up the South African aband Major League. In a recent sit-down with local clown Lasizwe, on the set of his Drink or Tell The Truth show. A key point of the show is that guests will answer the questions thrown at them by the hosts. And in the event they’re unwilling to, they’d have to drink from a concoction (supposedly bitter) that the host had provided
The brothers had been asked their least favourite artiste in a list of three (Cassper Nyovest, DJ Maphorisa and Riky Rick). They were taken aback by the question but braved an answer, anyway, explaining why they opted for the person they did.
Both brothers choose Riky Rick as their least favourite. They explained that he’s their cousin and would certainly understand them, unlike the two other artistes on the list, with whom they maintain professional relationships ― something they would not want to jeopardize.
