Clive Morris Productions has come under fire over the non-payment of actors, including Sindi Dlathu.
Protests had erupted as a result of the non-payment, blowing the story into the open, with the public sharing their thoughts on it.
A disgruntled employee rubbished claims by the company that payments had been made. The employee, who was never named, wondered out loud why workers at the company have to complain and go to the media before they get paid.
Sindi Dlathu and Nambith Ben-Mazwi are among those who are yet to receive their salary, according to reports. While Sinmdi had reportedly been quiet about the whole drama, Nambitha was reported to have exploded on set over the issue.
It is unclear how long the whole drama will drag out but South Africans are certainly watching. Ultimately, it is left to Clive Morris Productions to redeem itself from the embarrassment of being called out for non-payment of salaries.
