Darius Daulton got more than a couple of social media slaps recently when he faulted the dress his partner Keke Palmer wore to an event where RnB staar Usher serenaded her.
In the now-viral clip, Ushe could be seen serenading Keke and she was visibly excitement about the whole attention. At some point, sodden with excitement, she fell into his arms in a warm embrace. Keke wore a sexy dress that exposed her booty cheeks.
Reacting to that moment, Daulton noted that we live in a generation where a man doesn’t want the mother of his kids to show booty cheeks for public validation and whatever.
His take angered some people of the feminist brigade, including Uju Anya, who called him a “kept hoe” who should have no voice and apparently not be respected because his lady is the one providing for the home. Another dismissed him as “crusty,” noting Keke Palmer was within her rights to dress the way she felt, without being stifled by a man she was taking care of.
