AKA might have filed a suit against controversial music executive and culture critic Nota Baloyi, but the embattled Nota has made it clear the “Fela in Versace” star cannot silence him.
Nota had insinuated via his tweets that AKA was hooked on drugs and abused his fiancée Nelli Tembe in what has been described as the prelude to her suicide on April 11.
AKA, through his lawyers, had filed a suit against Nota, accusing the controversial culture critic of defaming his character and urging him to make a retraction in his Twitter page. A defiant Nota had instead deactivated his Twitter account.

With Nota refusing to apologize, it remains to be seen what direction the case will take. By the way, Nota has annoyed many in the industry by always speaking his mind.
