Diamond Platnumz, Wizkid & Burna Boy Nominated For BET “Best International Act” Award, See Full List

It’s that time of the year again when music champs around the world put their ears to the ground to get a message from the gods. Oh, well, not quite. It’s that time when artistes watch out to know if they have been nominated for the Black Entertainment Television (BET) Awards.

With nominations in about twenty categories, artistes around the world have a chance to find a spot somewhere.

Nominated in the Best International Act category are Nigeria’s Burna Boy and Wizkid and Tanzania’s Diamond Platnumz. Others are Young T & Bugsey (UK), Youssoupha (), Emicida (Brazil), Headie One (UK) and Aya Nakamura ().

The Nigerian acts are not only friends but collaborators. Last year, both had won BET Awards in different categories. But who takes the scudetto home this year?
