Almost everyone out there has dreams. But the MVPs are actually those who detach themselves from their comfort zones to pursue their dreams. Whether they achieve them or not is a different question altogether.
Well, South African musician and media personality DJ Speedsta might be counted among the dreamers who are bold enough to not just dream but to work to actualise the same.
he recently came up with what he calls the “Hip Hop Floor” gathering. From the name, it is easy to guess that the gathering is music-related and will likely bring together several notable names in the music industry.
But what could possibly be the motivation for this? If you are curious about that question or have been asking it, best believe that you are not alone. the good news is that Speedsta himself has answered it.
In a post on his official Instagram page, he stated the flier for the event, noting that it will take place this weekend at the beach in Braamfontein. The motivation is to create a safe space for people to listen to hip hop and generally have a good time.
