Canadian rapper Drake continues to give peeps daddy goals with how he relates with his son Adonis. The bond between them is palpable, and they’re a delight to be watched together. They did it again.
In a clip shared on his Instagram story yesterday, Wednesday, May 25, the songster had asked his son, after they were done shooting hoops, where he learned to shoot like that. The kid had been impressive with the ball, and dad noticed.
Adonis had shrugged and told his father, “I don’t know.”
He threw the question at his son again, and the kid replied that he shoots at school. He’d thereafter made a request from his father, who laughed out in good humour.
Drake then asked his son if he wanted his highlights, which led to a burst of enthusiastic “yes!”
Fans thought the clip was cute, and some expressed their desire to have a similar bond with their kids.
In other news, Boosie Badazz thinks Drake is the real deal in the rap world and that a verse from the Certified Lover Boy is more vital than any that might come from Jay-Z.
And although not everyone would share that verdict, it still shows the power he commands in the global rap space.
