A while back, it was announced that South African media personality and entrepreneur Bonang Matheba would be collaborating with Steve Madden. She was excited to share the news with her fans, who were just as excited to receive the news.
Bonnag was to hold activation parties for the launch of her collaboration with Steve Madden. Nomalanga Shozi was reportedly paid in advance to host the parties. When Bonang found out, she was displeased with it and fought to have Shozi’s name removed as host.
She declined to work with Shozi on the Steve Madden activation. Eventually, her objection was accommodated and she got to work with someone else.
Zanele Potelwas was Shozi’s replacement. She shared a clip from the event with Bonang, and it was clear she had a wonderful time. The caption to the post she made on her official Instagram page said it all. She expressed her gratitude to Bonang as well as Stve Maddern with whom she got to work. She also praised the collection that was launched, describing it as “amazing.”
While Shozi may not have said anything so far, it is obvious that she knew what went down and may have her revenge planned. Lol.
