The success of one’s partner usually rubs off on one, as we see almost all the time. Our latest example, though, comes from the girlfriend of South Africa’s UFC champ Dricus du Plessis.
There was a sudden wave of attention around Dricus du Plessis when he won his UFC title. The same attention spilt onto his girlfriend, Vasti Spiller, as many wanted to know about her as well.
The result is that she has gained about 15k followers since he defeated Sean Strickland at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto to emerge the UFC Middleweight Champion.
Previously, her followers on Instagram stood at 28.5k. At the time of writing, however, the number had skyrocketed to 43.5k and counting – a new of about 15k new followers.
Spiller herself was excited about her man’s win and took to Instagram where she shared a clip of them sharing a kiss, as you can see below.
She is no stranger to her man’s orbit, though, as she is also a coach at CIT Boxing. Besides that, she is also a photographer and children’s book author. The two have been dating for a while but only became Instagram official last year (2023).
Congratulations are in order for Vasti.
