It appears like a good joke comes in handy for South African rapper Duncan. or maybe he has only just revealed this part of him – a part that’s jocund and shares good humour at will.
Well, the latest story had its root in South African media personality Penny Ntuli noting in a candid Facebook post why she left Gagasi FM. She felt undervalued, something she said affected her confidence.
She’d made great contributions to the station already and wanted a salary raise. Her conversation with the manager was unfruitful, leading to the feeling of being undervalued.
Well, in the circumstances, she felt it was best to exit the station – and she did. After her exit came her explanatory post on Facebook to give fans an idea of what went down at Gagasi FM.
Well, it turned out that the rapper Duncan was in a lighter mood and joked that he would hire her for a radio station he’s establishing. He also mentioned Intaba Yase Dubai, a former signee at Ambitiouz Entertainment, as another person he’d hire for a presenting job.
Some people didn’t get the joke, leading Duncan to clarify that he meant no harm. He encouraged her and wished her the best going forward.
