“Uthando Nesthembu” star Mpumelelo Mseleku says he wants to marry a virgin despite having three children with different women.
Reality star, musician, and footballer Mpumelelo Mseleku is certainly following in the footsteps of his father, Musa Mseleku. The star has father three children. He shares two kids with his first girlfriend, Vuyokazi Nciweni, and one child with his second, Tirelo Kale.
In the third season of their hit show “Uthando Nesthembu,” Mpumelelo Mseleku revealed to his parents that he is ready to marry and wants to marry a virgin. The conversation happened when Musa Mseleku had a heart-to-heart with Mpumelelo, advising him on the kind of woman to marry.
He shared some of his non-negotiables, including women with children, Christian women, and women who are against polygamy. Mpumelelo’s mother, MaYeni, joins them in the conversation, after which the football star tells his parents he wants his first wife to be a virgin.
He said, “I’m walking this journey with them (referring to his baby mamas). However, I’m still assessing them. Honestly speaking, I think I’m going to start this journey differently.”
He continued, “There will be someone else that I choose to make my first wife. As far as I know, according to the IsiZulu culture, when I first get married, it should be with a virgin.”
