From Nandi Madida: Kind Words For Those Who Failed Matric

Failure is not something anyone would want to be associated with, But then, life happens and people find themselves contending with one failure or the other. Whether in business, life, or education, failure happens.

Of course, when such happens, some people are usually down – depressed and sometimes hopeless. At this point, they could do with all the help and encouragement out there. South African singer and actress Nandi Madida probably recognised this. So she went out of her way to encourage those who failed matric recently.

In a clip currently making the rounds online, she could be seen addressing those who failed matric this year. She used a friend as an example, pointing out that the said friend (whom she didn’t name) failed matric and had to repeat.

The good news is that the said friend did so well this time and made it to the top spot among those who passed. Just as the said friend picked themself up and made it successfully later, Nandi Madida encouraged those who failed to pick themselves up and not let failure define them.
