#IdolsSA Somizi Trends Following Comments On Thapelo's Song

Idols SA judge Somizi trends following comments he made about Thapelo’s song.

Many agree that Somizi Mhlongo is one of the most honest judges on Idols SA. Some have praised him for always saying things as they are, no matter the consequences. The other time, he got slammed for saying Thapelo performed a song better than the owner, Lloyiso.

Now, Somizi seems to be on the right side of the large percentage of viewers following his comments on the show’s latest episode. Contestants performed their songs for the audience, and as usual, the judges said a thing or two about them.

Fan favourite vocalist, Thapelo hit the stage and performed his song “Phanda.” Unfortunately, Somizi was not feeling it. Reacting to the song, Somizi stated that “one day, Thapelo is going to look back and think Idols really played me.” Most of the viewers agreed with him, calling the song a “No.” Some claimed Somizi has never liked Thapelo, while others opined that the singer should stick to Gospel.

#IdolsSa I agree with Somizi.. this genre is not for Thapelo… he did pretty well when he was singing gospel though maybe he should stick there because ai on this performance he was screaming.. otherwise I am still routing for him #IdolsSA
