South African rapper iFani has made a big confession that might surprise many of his compatriots and fans. Apparently – and this is actually his confession – he didn’t like Sjava’s voice but now he is finding hope through the same voice.
According to iFani, when he was broke, he used to hate hearing Sjava’s music. But all that has changed now that his fortunes have changed. At the moment, he rates Sjava very highly and places him on the same pedestal as Stimela and the late Brenda Fassie.
The songster made this confession in reaction to a tweet Sjava posted about an upcoming show this December at Mpumalanga.
Reposting the tweet, iFani saluted his compatriot and let him know what pedestal he had placed him on. He went on to confess about hating Sjava’s voice when he, iFani was dead broke. Now, he says the voice gives him hope. You can check out the post below.

Ifani was a superstar of sorts himself – years ago. But he appeared to have fallen from that Olympian height and now struggles to get the attention of many top rappers in the industry. Maybe that will change in the coming days. At least, he is making efforts to fly again.
