The beef between Mzansi’s AKA and iFani has taken a new turn with the latter dismissing the former as deaf.
AKA and iFani had a spat dating back to 2015, which was said to be the peak of their careers. iFani appeared to have become inactive on the music scene soon after, causing fans to wonder why the numbers weren’t popping with usual regularity.
Although he admitted he had shaded AKA and other artistes including Cassper Nyovest and Anatii in the past, he insisted it was just for fun, with no malicious intentions. It wasn’t really deep.
He made the clarification during an interview with TimesLive. He added that he forgave AKA for everything.
It appears iFani’s brief disappearance – or better still the disappearance of the buzz around his person and his work – provoked the mordant part of AKA, who asked mocking, via a couple of tweets, if fans still remembered his adversary iFani.
Well, iFani had made it clear he forgave AKA – twice. With the “Fela In Versace” rapper still trying to draw blood, iFani has dismissed him as deaf.
