JR Has Some Chinese & Jamaican Collaborations, Announces Release Date

Speaking of South African artiste taking their art to the international level, JR has joined the train as he collaborates with Chinese and Jamaican artiste.

The artiste who has been working round the clock to introduce his music abroad and this paid out of recent as he got to collaborate with some of the big names in the industry.

He recently collaborated with London’s Super Band, which is a Chinese band which has released over 70 albums in the past. He also collaborated with Koffee who is a female Jamaican Reggae singer, songwriter, rapper and Deejay.

The Rapper who is known for his hit single “Show Dem (Make the circle Bigger) had once gone on Twitter to throw jabs at Nigerian Grammy Nominated artist Burna Boy, claiming he questions his Originality and claims he is just making waves by stealing other artists work, although Burna didn’t make any comment about it, but this sparked a lot of conversations on social media.

He took to his social media page to make the announcement that the collaborative effort will be dropping on the 6th of February 2020. He posted a video of himself and captioned it;
