Mother’s Day has come and gone, but the memories of that day are pretty much alive. For fans of the rapper Jub Jub, it was a pleasant surprise as the muso wished his estranged girlfriend Kelly Khumalo a happy Mother’s Day.
In a post to his Instagram Story, the “Ndikokhele (Remake)” hitmaker noted that, despite their differences, he’d love to wish Kelly Khumalo a happy birthday.
Jub Jub and Kelly Khumalo dated for a while and then broke up. By then, they already had a son whom they named Christian.
The two broke up and have had several public quarrels, with Kelly Khumalo indicating that he’s a deadbeat father who never asks about his son.
Jub Jub himself was just as forthcoming with the arrows. In an interview with MacG, he claimed that Kelly Khumalo was involved in witchcraft practices. He’d also detailed his relationship with Amanda Du-Pont. It led to a tremendous public backlash, and he had to apologise to both Amanda and Kelly.
Interestingly days ago, Christian was reportedly expelled from school for bringing weed (marijuana) to school premises. He’d allegedly stolen the weed from Kelly Khumalo’s current boyfriend, a former footballer.
Still, Jub Jub is happy to celebrate his ex.
